Barring health, which has to be a big concern, this is a home run. Was one of the better coaches in the league and gets a QB very similar to the one he coached in Pittsburgh. If he can get him to stop turning the ball over he would be a high end NFL QB. If health does come into play which seems very likely you have a DC with plenty of experience.
